Google Business Profile Data

First Point Cleaners uses an internal application called First Point Cleaners GBP, described at firstpointcleaners.com/gbp-automation, to manage its own Google Business Profile listings (Windsor, Winnipeg, and Guelph). This tool connects to the Google Business Profile API using OAuth and accesses only data tied to First Point Cleaners' own Google Business Profile accounts, specifically:

• Business information (name, description, services, hours, categories)
• Customer reviews left on our Google Business Profile listings, and our replies to them
• Local Post content we publish to our listings
• Photos associated with our listings

This data is used solely to operate and maintain First Point Cleaners' own Google Business Profile presence: publishing business updates, replying to reviews, and keeping business information current. It is not shared with third parties, not sold, not used for advertising or ad targeting, and not used to train AI models beyond generating on-brand business content for First Point Cleaners' own use. Access is limited to systems and personnel operating on First Point Cleaners' behalf, and is used in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
